Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Leigh Holmes operating as Flow Operator ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
The Suite provides social media automation services including scheduled posting, AI-generated captions, video publishing, and related workflow automation for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts. Service tiers and features are described at the time of purchase.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Ensuring your Facebook and Instagram accounts comply with Meta's Terms of Service

Providing accurate business information during onboarding

Approving content before it is published (where applicable)

Maintaining the security of your Telegram account used for approvals
3. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you provide — photos, videos, captions, and notes. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, format, and publish that content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services to publish content that:

Violates Meta's Community Standards or Terms of Service

Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights

Is illegal under applicable local, state, or federal law
5. Payment & Cancellation
Services are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Telegram) is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate at any time per Section 5.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
