Operate automated workflows that post to your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts

3. Meta Platform Data

Flow Operator integrates with Meta's Graph API to publish content to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts on behalf of clients. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to:

Access your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
Publish photos, videos, reels, and carousels on your behalf
Read basic account information required for publishing

We only request permissions necessary to deliver the services you have subscribed to. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, personal messages, or any accounts beyond those you explicitly connect.

You may revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers strictly to operate our services, including:

Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — for content publishing via their API
Google (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) — for content storage and workflow operations
Telegram — for client notifications and approval workflows

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and connected credentials for as long as you are an active client. Upon cancellation of services, we will remove your access tokens and any stored content within 30 days upon written request.
